Placing an Order Online

Select an item, choose a size and quantity, and then add to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus tax. Shipping is free for all domestic orders in the USA. International shipping (outside of the US) is $30. At checkout, you can review and change your order details on the Order Summary page. When you’re ready to complete your order, click the “Check Out” button, and you will be taken to the Payment page. You’ll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Payment Options

We gladly accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. You will be asked for your credit or debit card number, the expiration date, the CVV number (last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card), and the billing address when you place your order.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. When your order has been sent to you, your card will be charged, and we will send you an order dispatch email, including delivery details and tracking information.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping to anywhere in the US is free. International shipping is $30 flat rate worldwide.

Free Ground Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 4-10 business days post-shipment. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

UPS Second Day Air
Orders received by 3pm ET Monday-Friday ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days. Orders received after 3pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 3pm on Friday. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

UPS Next Day Air
Orders received by 3pm ET Monday-Friday will ship out of our warehouse on the same day and arrive in one business day. Orders received after 3pm ship out of our warehouse the next business day and arrive one business day from the date of shipment. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Preordered items ship on an extended timeline.

International Shipping

The shipping and handling for all international orders is $30. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your shipment is refused at its destination, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. International shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Most items arrive within 11-24 business days.

Pre-Order Shipping

All pre-order items ship on the extended timeline indicated on the product description and your receipt. PO box, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Military and US territory addresses ship on an extended timeline and can take anywhere from two business days to several weeks to arrive.

You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

*Keep in mind that national holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Please add an extra day or two to shipping time when choosing your shipping method,

Canceling/Modifying Order

We start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore cannot cancel or change your order once it’s placed. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy and are in saleable condition within 30 days for a refund to the original form of payment. If you notice your personal details are incorrect once you have placed your order, please Contact Us.

Returns

We ask that returns be made within 30 days and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached to be returned to us. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

In order to start the exchange or refund process, contact us or send an email to info@minikako.com stating the order number and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. You will then receive an email with return instructions. Item(s) that do not match the return policy will be not be accepted.

Order Status

You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

Repairs

Our high performance clothing is made to last, but we understand that things happen. If something breaks or wears out under regular wear conditions, we’ll repair or replace it for you. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, etc. For the first year that you own the product, just ship it back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest. After the first year, you’ll be charged a small service charge for parts and labor, as well as for return shipping.  

If the hardware required for your repair is discontinued and is no longer available, we will automatically use the most comparable hardware currently available. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.
